What is Total Control ?Total Control works in tandem with your non-geographic number(s) and is the ultimate in online call management. With Total Control you can queue your calls if your phone lines are busy and give your callers options which will enable you to answer more enquiries and sales and deal with them very efficiently. This extremely flexible and sophisticated package allows instant management of call routing online so you can get calls where you want them, as and when you need them.Total control is more of a PBX, so if you need a hosted PBX solution , this is a good choice.
