SIP Licence What does our SIP Licence include? Our SIP licence is a single all in one monthly charge for the SIP trunk requirement. It includes:
• Unlimited concurrent SIP channels from a single location • Unlimited inbound SIP call delivery • 20 VoIP DDIs from any UK exchange area The only restrictions on the amount of concurrent calls you can make as a customer is down to the available bandwidth you have on your Internet connectivity and the compression applied to the voice. The SIP licence also allows calls to other SIP numbers on our network for no charge. New VoIP Numbers VoIP Unlimited, our partners were granted “Range Holder” status by Ofcom in October 2007. We had to demonstrate to the regulator that we had a robust enough network and the experience to be given our own number ranges. There are currently approximately 200 range holder companies with this status in the UK. VoIP Unlimited has immediate access to thousands of UK geographic numbers and thousands of International geographic numbers. You can have up to 20 IP UK telephone numbers included within the £10.99 SIP licence. Additional numbers are available in blocks of 10 and are charged at an additional £5.00 per month per block. Numbers can be provided on a contiguous basis from a single area code or from several area codes. Memorable Numbers You may wish to be allocated a special or memorable number rather than the next
