Hosted PBX

We do not have a hosted PBX via VOIP but we have a similar solution to Hosted VOIP PBX and that is our landline-Divert Number with the Total Control Option.

What is Total Control ?

Total Control works in tandem with your non-geographic number(s) and is the ultimate in online call management. With Total Control you can queue your calls if your phone lines are busy and give your callers options which will enable you to answer more enquiries and sales and deal with them very efficiently. This extremely flexible and sophisticated package allows instant management of call routing online so you can get calls where you want them, as and when you need them.Total control is more of a PBX, so if you need a hosted PBX solution , this is a good choice.

Features of Total Control

Time/Day Plan

This allows you to set which days, and at what time of day you want to receive calls at your usual answering point, effectively giving you in-hours and out-of-hours time zones.

Menu Options

A menu service that allows up to 10 possible options for the caller to choose from. Each menu can be configured with targets or a queue. It also includes a ‘repeat’ function where the caller can choose to replay the options.

Divert Plan with up to 3 optional Targets

Off any menu option you are able to have up to 3 telephone numbers to which you would like your calls routed. The system will try each number in turn – if the first line is busy or not answered within a set time, the second number will be tried and so on.

Queue

Off any menu option you are able to have a queue which includes various on hold messages and provides an live queue monitor via the web so that the queue can be pro-actively managed.

Voicemail to Email

When you are unable to answer your calls (e.g. all 3 target numbers on any of your menu options are busy or not answered) or during your out of hours time zone then, the voicemail to email service allows the caller to leave you a message. This message is then sent as a WAV file attachment to the designated email address you have entered into the system. You can then listen to the message at anytime from your PC or mobile device (subject to compatibility).

Managing your Total Control via the web is both quick and simple using the Number Control Platform. Changes made take immediate effect so you know that you never need miss a call.
